Nancy & Bob are a husband &wife team working for your real estate needs full-time. Nancy´s background has been in sales and Bob was in the banking business for 27 years, the last few in residential mortgage lending.
Nancy has 15 years experience in residential sales and the relocation field, working with corporate transferees moving into and out of the area. Her professional designations include Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She has always been active in her community and is past President of the Rotary Club Clearwater Countryside and past President of Revenue Source Chapter of BNI (Business Network International).
Bob has 11 years experience in residential and commercial sales and his banking experience is a great asset in both. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). He is a past Vice Chairman of the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, current Chairman of the Board of Tampa Bay Community Development Corp., past President of the Rotary Club of Dunedin North, and current Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee of UPARC (Upper Pinellas Association of Retarded Citizens).
